here is a picture of a recent RNA stain that i did. the red, green, and orange colors represent three different RNAs that i stained for, and the blue color (DAPI for those who care) is a nuclear stain.

today i celebrated world aids day by making decidedly little (maybe even negative, if that is possible) progress in my hiv/aids research project. feeling pretty frustrated/having a “fuck science” kind of day. o well.
